returns & exchanges

eligible items may be returned within 90 days of delivery. items should be clean, undamaged, and returned with their original packaging whenever possible. returns showing excessive wear, misuse, or intentional damage may not be accepted.

email hello@shopnoonie.com with your order number, the item you’d like to return, and a quick note about the reason. we’ll take it from there and send you the next steps.

yes, eligible items can be exchanged while your requested shade is in stock. if it’s unavailable, you may choose another available color or the refund option allowed under this policy.

for eligible color exchanges, you’ll cover the return shipment to us and we’ll cover shipping the replacement back to you.

original shipping charges are nonrefundable. for standard returns, customers are responsible for return shipping. if your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll take care of all shipping costs.

after an eligible return is received and inspected, please allow 3–5 business days for processing. your bank or card provider may need a little more time to post the credit to your original payment method.

not the unboxing we wanted for you. email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. please keep all packaging until our team confirms the resolution. if the issue qualifies, we’ll take care of the shipping costs.
